Watch the the sailboats as they race in front of the house; the ferries, tugboats, and ships coming in and out of port; and you might even catch the local pod of dolphins swimming in the bay. Dine outside on the deck and enjoy the fresh sea air.

This very private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is furnished with 1 Queen Bed (with ensuite), 1 double futon bed, 2 King Single beds (which can be zipped together to form a Super King) and a Single trundle bed. The open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen open onto the deck and lawn with spectacular harbour views. The house has gas central heating, high fidelity stereo system and wireless internet access (if you have a laptop). The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer, wall oven and gas cooktop.

The 20 minute walk into cenral Wellington is world class - walkable via Oriental Parade. Should you choose not to walk, the bus route to and from town is just a few minutes walk up the street, and taxis are readily available or make use of our off-street parking.

A short 5 minute stroll down the street takes you to Baelena bay, a more rugged wellington beach, where you may be fortunate enough to our seasonal resident seal, or the blue eyed penguins who often nest there.

The house has off street parking and easy access (only 6 steps to the front door).
